Neil Huff, who lived Rolla, Missouri, opened the Huff's De Luxe Cabins in 1940 at 611 S. Broadway. In about 1953, the name was changed to Huff's De Luxe Court after adding a second story. The name was changed back to Huff's De Luxe Cabins a couple of years later. Neil Huff remained the owner and operator until 1960 when it was sold to Alf and Loretta Schaffer who changed the name to the Loral Motel. It remained as a motel until about 1984 when it was remodeled and became apartments. |
